MUSTERD evacuation monitoring

Net 2 Integrated with Thinking Software’s MUSTERD

Today we’re bringing you more news from Paxton, the UK’s market leader of electronic IP access control. After announcing its advanced video integration last month, Paxton has yet again improved its networked access control system, Net2 – and we’ve got all the details.

Paxton has proven itself as an innovator yet again; with the integration of Net2 and Thinking Software’s evacuation monitoring solution, MUSTERD. The integration will provide a user-friendly interface to manage the safety of people in a building more easily; by allowing for intuitive configuration of access control and real-time mustering.

By staying synchronised with Net2, MUSTERD keeps a secure, resilient copy of each employee’s current location within the Net2 platform so that in the instance of a fire, or other emergency, the system knows everyone’s whereabouts. It provides real-time, dynamic lists of mustered and unsafe people during an evacuation, together with their last known whereabouts.
